In today’s world, we often feel like just another face in the crowd. We are assigned numbers—whether it's a Social Security number, an employee ID, or a passport number—that reduce us to mere statistics in a vast, impersonal system. With thousands or even millions of people in any given organization, institution, or society, it’s nearly impossible for anyone to truly know us as individuals. We can sometimes start to wonder: Does anyone really notice me?
